I painted my rims gunmetal and I love it. I picked up Dupli-something (sorry can't remember exact name) at a local auto zone. It is made for rims and they have a variety of colors. I would go for a glossy black. I painted mine about 4 months ago and I have had zero problems with the paint. (no fading or chipping at all) Just wash them, sand them, I did 2 layers of paint, then a clear coat finish. I have pics I will post them tommorow. I know what your thinking, paint my rims from auto zone? But its a matter of how well you prep them and just take your time.
