E46 Rear Subframe w/ NEW rear diff bushing

Rear subframe for BMW E46 series (except M3). Asking $125 + $40 shipping.

I purchased this subframe used and was planning to install into my '01 325i. The subframe has been thoroughly refinished and a new rear differential bushing installed. A correct bushing tool was used to remove/install the bushing, so there is no damage from trying to hammer/burn/cut out the old bushing. Here is what I did to prepare the subframe:
> Pressure washed & degreased
> Wire brushed all surface
> Applied rust converter (Permatex Rust Treatment) to surface rust
> Sprayed black paint (Rustoleum gloss enamel)
> Replaced rear differential bushing with new OEM-quality part

The subframe was in good shape, with typical minor surface rust around the welds... now it's all shiny black. All other bushings (subframe mounts, front diff bushings) are in good condition. Again, the rear diff bushing is brand new.

Replace a worn-out rear differential bushing without having to buy ($250+) or make (good luck) a bushing removal tool.

I will ship by FedEx Home delivery for $40.
