It can/can't.

To get M3 bumpers to fit on a non-M car, you have to stitch parts of the stock bumper to the M3 bumper and plastic weld them together. The M3 bumper is slightly wider, and some of the lines don't match up unless you use parts of the non-M bumper.

On top of that, if that is the carbon fiber version (which it looks like), the entire bumper is kevlar and will be an issue to stitch together to the OEM plastic.

And FWIW, this is from personal experience.

I doubt it. Not a fan of it anyway, it looks like an OEM bumper that started to melt.
