i own two. almost zero kick. lifetime warranty for anyone. 10th owner, 100th owner.
all ammo is expensive-start reloading. if you need help pm me.
ar's have come down in price but lots of manufacturers got into the game and if you get a bad one, well, you're done!
right now, ak's are cheap and so is the ammo but if you live in cali, well, you're done!

Cold, i have a buddy in the culver city area who has a bush/scout rifle; it's all legal and he's never complained about anything w/it but he also has an ar that has been "fixed" for cali standards and he whines constantly about it but that's because he's a Texas boy and can't forget the good days of $60/1000 rounds of ak fodder!
i have a socomII tiger striped nib if you're interested. a buddy of mine wants it but he's more mouth than $$$!

Truth be told, I was going to pick one up, but I decided I need to travel the world a bit, so funds are being diverted a bit.. I have to wait until the end of next month so I can buy it comfortably.

Nice good info. Shoot me a PM about how much you're looking for it.

I think i'm leaning towards the Socom II.. just having that .308 round next to that rifle looks mean, let alone everything else.
