1. Are halo lights and daytime running lights the same thing?

2. It seems the led aftermarket version is available, are these on all the time (keyed hot) or wired to the parking lights?

Thanks, I have been away for a while, replacement car is better optioned.
DRLs (daytime running lights) and angels (what you call halos) are not the same. DRLs turn on the inner highs and make them yellow for the day, and turn off when your headlights are on. angels are an aftermarket add on for our cars.

you can have DRL turned on by the dealer (though most people pay to turn them off). you can buy an aftermarket set of angels and install those in your current headlights

So I contacted them and was notified that the facelift sedan P46s are backordered until the 15th.

I ordered my P46's about a month ago from DDM, excellent product! I have ordered all my lighting from them and haven't had any problems at all, (other than getting my right corner turn signal stolen twice!) Expect another order of clear corners soon
