Eurospec Front Bumper Install

Just got a eurospec front bumper for my 3 series sedan. Having it painted right now and I intend to install it myself.
I have been checking out a few DIY's for this and it all seems pretty straight forward.
Step 3 in this DIY gives the parts used.
http://www.gophimbo.com/MTECH/Mtech_DIY1.htm
The reson for this thread is that I am missing some items from this list:
51-11-8-191-149 GASKET (1)
51-71-7-893-129 KICK PANEL (1)
51-71-7-893-130 KICK PANEL (1)
51-11-7-893-066 ADAPTER (1)

My questions are:
Do I need these items to do a DIY install?
Can I harvest the parts off of my stock bumper?
If not, where can I get these parts?

Thanks in advance

Which bumper did you get?

The gasket can be reused if its not damaged or worn out.

As for the adapter, the new bumper should already have the parts needed for the mesh install (Euro-Spec mtech bumpers come with snap in mesh).

Now, the kick panel (assuming its the wheel well covers), you don't really need new ones... Just get a pair of scissors and trim the edges if necessary.

IF you do want to purchase these parts, try your local BMW dealer or Tisher BMW/GetBMWParts. They are a sponsor on this forum.

Good Luck!

Is this a DIY or a regular azz post?

How do you get your front bumper off?

This post should have been in the general forum?

As for front bumper removal, try searching next time... Regardless, here's the link...
