You can ship liquor, wine clubs do it all the time. THe issue is if the state the buyer resides in allows liquor to be shipped. I believe NY restricts it and I venture to bet so would Utah.

Do it like ebay does. You are the selling the bottle (as a collector). The contents are free. I have bought many bottles off people on ebay. They have to sell it as a collector bottle though.
