FT: White iPhone 3G (16gig) for Black iPhone 3G

The condition is 9/10 on my phone and i just want a straight up trade. I bought mine this past january so warranty on it is good till jan '10; I would prefer that there is some warranty left on the one I will be trading for.

go to apple tell them the battery is draining really fast and getting hot, when they go to exchange it tell them you want a black one instead

I have tried that twice at two different Apple stores and both geniuses said that they can only give a replacement of the exact phone, including color.

Babybimmer, I'd prefer one with warranty and at least 16gigs. I already have 5+ gigs of apps.

Yeah mine is jailbroken too and I have TomTom and Navigon, so those two already take up 3+gigs. Plus my main iPod broke, so I need the extra gigs for music and videos.

ok call apple care tell them the store had horrible customer service and wasn't helpful at all, they will put you in touch with a product specialist that will get you what you want...just be persistant in stating the customer service was horrible
