do i need to order new rubber spring mounts for new springs

Just like the title says. the car has 94K miles on it. I want to order H&R Race springs. do i need new rubber mounts for the new springs? or do they come with ?

Also the suspension is stock. but i have new shocks in the back. Sachs sport suspension/

would it be ok to run Race Springs? stock sports wheels, no rub right?

No, you don't need new Spring Mounts unless urs is broken into pieces or don't want to run them. RSM is highly recommended. Springs only come with Springs and that is it.

By RSM you mean rear shock mount? Mine should be in ok condition, but i was just wondering if thats something that was usually changed?

when i replaced my rear shocks, i replaced the rear shock mounts with stock sachs units but i had a buddy machine me a reinforcement plate set. so i am good on that front.

Does anyone have the spring rate numbers on the H&R Race springs and Eibach Sport Line? i cant seem to find them....

When I called H&R they told me that the spring rates for their "Race springs" on my application(2000 328i sport package) were 330 lbs/in front and 360 lbs/in rear.
