Ok, now for anybody who wishes to follow through and start proceedings here is what we are persuing them under. I dont think BMW will like the exposure but in all fairness we pay a lot of money for the cars and they should be made responsible.

"Breach of the Trade Practices Act in particular Section 71 dealing with Implied Undertakings as to Quality and Fitness of manufactured goods and Division 1A dealing with Product Safety Information and Recall"

Sounds good.

Are you instituting proceedings or simply going to fire a shot across their bowe?

Keep us informed mate.

You can get our M-Tech Rear bumper for a Sedan and fill up the moldings area. Your total would still be at least half of OEM's price.

Haha, don't worry, I think an mtech is down the line. Along with an M3 front. Getting everything sorted first though.

not really, being a vert they have more subframe strengthening, hence why they never/ hardly have issues.

Hehe. BMW Canberra send all their customers to us that want the subframes repaired when they break. They charge around the $8k mark. We do it for $4k mark And BMW just put a factory floor pan back in that will do the same again. We strengthen it
