ebrake removal

I need to dismantle and remove my emergency brake handle and stick temporarily, is this fairly easy to do without upseting the cable tensions underneth?

Yes, just be sure to retighten the nuts to the same place you had them beforehand.

Take out the center console and the bolts are right there. You'll need a deep socket 10mm and a phillips screwdriver to get everything out
