So with that logic...
People who pay a mortgage can't afford to purchase a house? People can't afford the things they buy with a credit card?

when you say afford do you mean you make as much as the payments with no money left over for insurance, gas, snacks, spending on girls etc? Youre gonna be car poor. Buy a nice used honda.

Make a budget, overstate expenses, understate income, and live within your means. Nobody is going to give you a lease or a loan unless your parents co-sign for you. Nobody is going to not be friends with your or not fck you because you aren't driving a brand new cool car. If you want a BMW so bad, have your parents buy you a clean 30 or 36 in cash and and pay them back as quickly as possible. If you can stay on their insurance, be grateful and throw them a few extra bucks for having a huge liability on their insurance. Granted, you won't build credit this way, but their approval process and interest rates are much better. Save as much as you can and use the paid-off 30 or 36 as a small downpayment on the next car. Work your way up until you can pay cash for an M5.So to the original question- hell yes, you're crazy. |

Just bought a CPO 335i coupe w/32K for $32K, 2.9% five years or 0.9% four years or less. Traded in my 540 and end up with a nice, low payment, own the car and don't have to worry about the mileage I rack up. They also made the first two month's payments so I am driving the car with no payments until February.

hey bro...coming from a guy who bought a brand new tsx at 19, didn't pay down payment (parents) and paid 430 a month to keep the car...I would have to say..DO NOT LEASE!! you're throwing money away for the sake of having a BMW...
get a leased car...can't drop it like u would like, and guess what...your finances probably won't allow any mods anyway...this is time to save, bro, pay off a 335i in the future and drive it with ur head up high, NAWMEAN?? |

being able to COME UP with monthly payments doesn't mean u PURCHASED a car...you just made a very official and reasonable "LOAN," you do not own the vehicle until it is paid off.... and considering how much debt people are in nowadays, it's safe to say that yes, sometimes people can't AFFORD what they PURCHASE with credit cards... I know it's sounds a little absurd, but did u know that vietnam does not allow loans? not even housing mortgage. want a house, save until u're 50...haha |
