Bubb Rubb and Lil Sis ain't gonna be happy 'bout dis one.

There is a special section in California vehicle code specifically disallowing whistle tips. I just found this out.

I can honestly say I have never heard a whistle tip outside of a video online. I never understood how it was supposidly so popular.
