Bubb Rubb and Lil Sis ain't gonna be happy 'bout dis one.
There is a special section in California vehicle code specifically disallowing whistle tips. I just found this out.
 http://www.arb.ca.gov/bluebook/bb09/VEH/VEH-27150_3.htm California has so many damn laws on everything. lol, I had to watch the video again.

I can honestly say I have never heard a whistle tip outside of a video online. I never understood how it was supposidly so popular.
