If she does call back or answer, keep the convo short, 3-10 minutes (dont give her reason to screen you out) have a meeting place ready, NO coffee or Dinners!
6.) Always be closing.

Where'd you get your rules? I like your logic. I disagree with a couple of the rules, but your philosophy seems rational.
