Miles, what is the proper way of seating the front h&r springs? If I remember right there was a specific way to do it, like you would think that the end of the spring sits in the notch in the shock but it actually sits like an inch back or something. What is the right way to do it, just making sure.

I figured that out on my own the hard way...

I never knew that. I'm pretty sure I installed them the correct way because the shape of the race springs fit perfectly against the rubber seal when in the correct position, they literally drop into place.

Matt, I have the H&R cup kit, not stock suspension. I just replaced the sport springs with race ones
