Spring installation is usually about $350 + alignment. Spacers would be included with that price as you have to remove the wheels to swap out the suspension.

Don't do everything in one shot if you can't. One at a time, save and do it properly. Trust me man, you'll go coilover eventually and end up wasting money. Just my $0.02.
