Phillips Silvervision

I'm looking to buy clears here in the near future and I want to change out the bulbs so I don't have that egg yolk look. I read in the archive that some people try to use Rustolium High Heat to paint the original bulbs. It's cheap, but would it work? Also, if I get clears, would there be any need to change out the rear bulbs too, b/c I want to do all my work at one time.

Also, this is what I need to replace my 330ci front bulbs, right?

yup, that's all u need...
there's a few guyz that did the DIY silvervisions with some luck...
i bought my silvervisions, but just so you know, they light up a little less orange than the OEM lights do.. www.powerbulbs.com sells them and you should get a free set of bluevisions for the sidemarkers that light up white... the bulb replacement is a breeze, especially if you are already gonna be switching out the clears...
good luck

I get free side marker bulbs? I couldn't find that written anywhere. Where could I find them if I wanted to buy them seperatly? Also, does the amber bulb show thru as clearly in rear lenses as it does in the front corners?

Yeah, I got those bluevision wedges too. Though I don't know what the hell I'm gonna do with 'em.

They can be used for the interior light: the one in front of the center mirror and all reading lights.
Mine illuminates blue now every time I unlock the car.

the wedge style bulbs either can fit in the sidemarkers OR in the interior lights.. it's the same bulb
