2001 330ci Header install? can it be done?

So I'm thinking of doing the ebay headers for my 2001 330ci, While I'm there i'm going to do the 2nd resonator delete aswell. Is installing the headers that horrible that I should just bring it somewhere or take a whack at it myself. I've installed headers on domestic and other imports but it looks REALLY tight down there. I have also have air tools at my disposal if that helps

Couple questions will my CEL go on?

Anyone have a header DIY?

Will my car be too loud with the headers and resonator delete?

Lastly what type of gains can I potentially see?

Thanks in advance!

It's not hard. Just make sure the car is cool and you have time and tools. Buy a set of new studs/nuts. Make sure you buy hardware to go from the headers to your exhaust. Buy new header to exhaust gaskets.
