i can not find a solution to my no heat problem

pookie88 Registered User Join Date: Dec 2009 Location: delran nj Posts: 1 My Ride: 2002 325i View My Garage	i can not find a solution to my no heat problem i have a 2002 bmw 325i and last week the blower stopped working i pulled the dash down and noticed the final stage resistor was slightly melted and the plug to it was. i ordered a new plug and resistor but i wired it up then went to plug in the new resistor into it and it came on i was happy until i realized my key was in the off position! i am completely lost if you can help me plz point me in the right direction thank you merry christmas
