4 point harness for M3 E46 convertible

I have heard there is a four point harness which uses the existing mounts of the car using the original seats? Anybody know about this? (please do not point out that I should get the hard top if I want to do track work)

Be sure not to get the ralleye's if you want to use the OEM receptacles.

BTW, you should get a hard top if I want to do track work
