Fanatics with manual trans: How many cooling fans?

If you drive a manual trans (from the factory) E46, do you have only the single electric fan behind the radiator, or do you have a pusher fan also?

A couple of people on another forum are insisting that manual E46s have (or can have) pusher fans. I just want to put that to rest.

I have a 01 330ci and it had an electric one in front of the radiator and a manual on the engine side, i removed the manual one and put another electric puller on that side.

'99 323i - One puller fan behind the radiator.

BTW I have heard somewhere of a few manuals w/2 fans for whatever reason.
