what do you think about the Pauter Forged 4340 Con Rods ? are they better than the ARROW ? FOR bmw m3.

I would vote Arrow, but mainly because I have CP pistons and was very impressed with the quality. CP and Arrow are the same company.

That being said, better is a subjective term. I highly doubt either won't meet whatever durability needs you require.

Sorry for off topic, But I would love to see someone use Carrillo rods...
