hey guys, i just got my windows tinted....35% around...and i was wondering.....that problem that people say they have in the back towards the top with the tint not sticking completely, do you press something on there while it's curing to help it stick better? i'll have pics later of what i'm talking about when i get off my lazy ass........but otherwise i love the tint....although i might go a little darker next time...the car is definitely not as hot inside from this damn heat....

my tint guy told me just to lick your thumb and press down hard... but, that's not really helping tho...
some of the guyz on the board have cut pieces of black vinyl and put it on that strip... apparently, you can't really notice unless you're looking for it...
i'm prolly gonna do that, cuz i got 15% all around, and that strip on top is really noticable... i'll post pics too...

i was looking around here for sign shops that do the black vinyl but no luck and most of them didnt know wut i was talking about. so i called this one tint shop and asked them about some solutions and they said it actually looks better if the dots werent tinted over. i have 35% all around cept the front, so the *clear* section isnt THAT noticable. also since the dots are black, the contrast isnt there, which is a good thing. i dunno how it would look with 5% tho. i admit..it looks A LOT cleaner and im happy that i had it cut off. if u want i can take sum pics.
