Titanium Headlight Surrounds

I just got my 325ci and am looking to do some minor upgrades before I get complacent and lazy. I was hoping someone out there has not only added the titamium surrounds, but would have instructions to send me or a link. Or do they come with instructions? Circle BMW's instruction .gif is corrupted and I can't find info on any other DIY message board. Any help would be much appreciated.

Also, has anyone with a 325ci gone all the way into painting the lower grill work titanuim or even replacing the grills with 330ci parts

And finally, who has the best price on the M3 steering wheel? I heard CutterBMW can do it for $315.

The headlight trim comes with a DIY, its very easy. All you do is remove the turn signals in the front, and pop off all the clips that holds the clear plastic to the face of the headlight, pull out the black trim and slide in the titanium trim til it clicks. Yes I heard $315 is the best price for the M wheel at the time.
