actually, it does NOT. you can't remove the wheels.

Good point... but I didn't swap my wheels once yet, even though I have stock alloys with snows on them. Winter was mild this year.

Yea, but if you need to do brake and suspension work, the wheels need to come off...

A hydrolic lift is ideal

Actually, you can remove the wheels and tires.
Check out what they call the "bridge"
