My RACELAND thread.

ok, everyone has a thread, we've got the objective reviews, the biased nonsense ones, the haters, the flamers, and the popcorn smileys all in between.
HOW ABOUT.

we all put together, buy a set and send it to get dyno tuned, then torn apart and see really whats in it, and get to the bottom of the damn thing.

Im sure one of our suspension guru race shops would agree to this, and spend some time at it, if we send them a set for analysis to get some hard facts.

say we all throw, $5 to a paypal account of said vender/tuner then when there is enough, they order it, documenting everything, customer service packaging, etc.. then the dyno test all of it, measure spring rates, all that, then when theyre done they tear it apart and see if it is really self adjusting and all that.

then when its all done, whoever wants to buy whats left, buys them, otherwise the vendor/tuner junks it, after say 30 days.

I think thats worth my $5- $10

what do the RL haters say... i dont expect most RL fans to contribute, but the hater, and the curious (like myself) would surely want to get hard facts and put an end to the silly threads.

so yeah?
or no..

ill put 5 on it. but i predict you wont have enough ppl willing. the haters wouldnt do because they "know" they are right and dont need to prove it. AKA fear of being proven wrong

EDIT: I think the best thing would be if somoene set up a nutraual shop to do the test and contacted raceland to pay. just my .02

I hate RL and I would be just fine paying into this for information on it.

I'll certainly donate 10 bucks to have these things examined and a report put together on them.

It has already been done. The rears were very soft, spring rates were , the performance absolutely blows. The dyno sucked, side to side they're not same.

They suck for performance, but for a temp/someone who doesn't give a sht about performance, it would be ok.
