You should have def gotten the 335i from the get go in my opinion. Sexier color, less miles, dual exhaust, lighter and most likely a little more fuel efficient due to weight.

See what you can do though, but personal if I got a new 3 it would def be a 335i or xi...maybe a 2006 330 also

Wow a 2008 with 73k miles. That mean original owner drove 36.5k miles a year.

ok so the car is at the dealership getting everything checked out. I talked to the service manager and my salesman and told them how I felt and they told me lets wait and see whats wrong with the car and after that we will talk about if i want to keep it or get something else or whatever. They said theyre going to take care of me and make sure im happy with everything so that makes me feel better. Theyre usually pretty good with customer service at my dealership its not the first car i bought from them. so lets see what happens!

fuel pump replaced with new model not old one they used to use and its under warranty to 120000 miles.
