Will these fit on my 323i

Hi, i have a 200 323i. Found some wheels i'm considering buying.

They are 17". Bolt pattern is 5 x 120
The wheels currently have 215/40/17 tires on them from the owner.

If i get them and they will fit on my car, What tires do you recommend me buying to put on there? I currently have on my car 225/45/R18 Potenza from Tire Rack and they are great. I just want to go back to 17" on the car.

Any feedback is relly appreciated.

What are the width and offsets on the wheels? We would need to know that to determine the proper tire sizing.
