replaced FSR, but fan still acting up

A few months ago I replaced my FSR because of the "possessed" hvac. It was fine until last weekend. Now the blower wont turn off when I turn the climate control unit off or when I turn the car off. Could the FSR have gone bad again within a 3 months? Is there any other component of this system that could be the culprit? I searched the forums but all they say is FSR. It does respond to what zone I set the airflow to (feet, defrost, middle), so I thought about wiring a manual switch instead of unplugging the battery every time.

it could have gone bad again. very rare for that to happen again but it does happen. see if it still runs with the hvac control panel unplugged
