Newb question different width on one tire??

Hi all,

I have a noob question. I had to replace a front tire on my car with a 235/45/19. All the other tires are 245/45/19. Are there any major problems with this? How long can I run it for until I can get the same size all around?

Thanks

Treat this like the tire is a spare and replace it soon. These are a different overall diameter and I'm guessing not even the same tire tread pattern, so you may have some light pulling and emergency handling will be adversely affected

I agree with what Gary says... Though its not a huge difference, I would change it out as soon as you can. I would not recommend driving on it for a long period of time due to the fact that handling characteristics will be unpredictable.

Long story but pretty much I didn't have any other choice but to mount it or else I wouldn't have a car to go to work with the next day.
