Exhaust to LOUD, need advice

I had a 330i with the catback highline exhaust, which i loved! but once i got the headers it became 10X louder, and it sounds even more amazing but i just get pulled over TOOOO much,lol. i want to quiet it down with loosing as little power.
I was thinking i should just replace the back half of the exhaust with the stock, so i would have the rear resonator and stock muffler, and still keep the X pipe that comes with the highline catback. will i be loosing much power or should i just get ride of the whole exhaust? or may be even just the muffler? HELP just not sure what to do and need some advice

some say that the exahust doesnt add power but some say it does??

Na, the headers are the only thing that will give you a noticeable gain. exhaust is mostly just for sound

I have the same setup. And yes, when I first heard it I was like GOD DAMN!

Still running it, just because I love it. And the cops around me are lazy ishs.

But yeah, hi flows, or another res. It should tone it down.

Here's a vid, not my car though. Highline with ebays.

He makes 2 passes, first one is slow, under 3k. He opens it up on his second pass. The vid does some justice.

I also did headers and replaced the stock resonaters with after market flow thru glasspacks...they take the tone down ok but it was still way too loud so I opted to add a magnaflow wide open universal muffler, 2 in 2 out style...you can see straight thru the muffler so I lose no power gains, I also now have a supercharger so It was a big deal for me..it really helped and has an amazing sound with no power loss

^^ nice, thats what i have been looking into getting, was looking at this daul 2.5" in/out. honestly not to sure what the diameter pipe size the highline is, i asked but they said just a little over stock (2.25"). were did you place this? does it even matter where its placed?
