Best springs for dropping 330 cab on 19s????

Could anyone advise me what are the best springs to lower my 330ci M Sport cabriolet on? I’ve just put new 225m E92 19" alloys on the car and had the rear arches rolled. I’m already experiencing a little rubbing at the rear only over harsh bumps and worry I wont be able to lower the car in order to get rid of the wheal arch gap on the front... Stuck! Any ideas or advice gratefully received???

I would go with H&R Sports which will lower the car and firm up the ride without being too harsh for daily use.
