My Ride: '01 325CI
mystery cooloant

'01 325 147000 miles. have new w/p & xpansion tank + trans thermostat
i'm getting coolant on the air filter box, little on the power steering resvr.
a bit on the fan blades, & a bit on top of the xpansion tank. any ideas ?
top hose is new too

Hmmm, when I had that problem it was because my expansion tank was shot, but yours is new.

Did you check to make sure the upper bleed screw is properly secured? It should have an o-ring on it too...

You're sure that the hose is properly secured as well?

Cap on the expansion tank is tight?
