Are you serious?

In England Hankooks are a budget tyre and the Vreds are a high performance tyre...

Was that directed at me? Yes, I was serious.

I bought the vreds after I drove my buddy's M3 in London- his buddies all use them over there and I thought they would be good on the street and a perfect compliment to r-comps if it's wet out at the track.

Just got the Hankook Ventus V12 installed last week. WHAT A DIFFERENCE in road noise. I had Michelin Pilot Sports before, but they were pretty much shot (wear bars starting to show).

I have noticed that the V12s have NOTICEABLY softer sidewalls. It is a much softer ride...better for a daily driver, but a part of me misses the "go cart" feel of the Michelins.....but I don't miss the roar, or the "throbbing" sounds they produced.

Curious how tread wear will be.....

Raise the air pressure and they'll feel better around corners, I'm running +5psi more than I usually do in other tires.

^^^I was thinking about doing that. The shop set them per the BMW spec (32/38), so you're saying you run 37/43??? Are they wearing evenly (ie: not overwearing in the middle)...

is this safe?
