Choices - 08 M3 sedan, 06 m5, or mod 02 M3

So what would you guys do?

Sell the 02 M3 and get a 6spd 08 sedan with most options? total cost around 30k after trade-in

Sell the 02 M3 and get an 08 M5 with most options? total cost arount 25k after trade-in

Mod the M3? probably only have a 5k budget for this.

or just drive the m3 and be content.

edit: guess i meant to make it a poll but screwed that up.

Keep your current car, a M3 is already pretty fast. Imagine driving a auto 323xi wagon, and then you will see how BLAZING fast your car is.

Buy the 08 sedan if it has the DCT. Very cool.

yeah i wish. i cant see spending 18k in mods on a car thats probably only worth 18k in the best market.

also my M has 83k miles. A bit hesitant to FI it. Although that is on my list of things to do and would be the only mod other than headers that I would consider.

Manual transition is a given for me...

If you need a sedan: Go for the 500 hp v10 2006 M5

If you need a coupe (and want to mod): E46 all the way

If you need a coupe and just want it to be awesome: Keep your E46 in good shape.

Keep driving your car and take really good care of it.

Buy real estate instead.
