325 MAF: $70 (SOLD)
Idle control valve: $60
DISA valve: $70
AC compressor: $120
Power steering pump: $90
O2 sensors: $30 each
325 Camshafts: $200
325 Crankshaft: $300
325 Pistons & Rods: Make offer
330 Pistons & Rods: Make offer

In addition, I have pretty much any piece of an engine that you could want. I am in the process of going through an engine build, which is why I am selling these parts. If you think something is too expensive, make an offer. Buyer pays shipping. Pictures upon serious request.

What is the part number on the DISA? ETK indicates 2 part numbers. You did indicate it is still available...Yes?

If you are looking for one for your touring (325), then you are good to go. The two part numbers are for the 325 and 330, I believe the 325 one ends in 805. Still available.
