Hello I wanted to do a DIY on gluing the fabric on my pillars back on, could anyone give me some tips on what kind of glue is the best for keeping the fabric on?

I used VERY little gorilla glue. Just have to be uber careful with it though.
Then used some painters tape to hold it on for a day or so.

I'm sure there are better options, but I only had that handy at the time.

if your using the orig fabric, then its already cut to size. often times this may cause a problem because glue may ooze out from the edges. just becareful not to get glue on the surface of the fabric. if you do, wipe it with a damp cloth gently before it dries.

There like a thing that covers the screws on the front pillar, carefully remove that and you should be able to see the screws.

I think there's a thread around here about how to remove it

Pry the HPS cover off, and there are 3 t-20 to t-30? torx bolts. After that they just pull off, getting them in however is not as easy as there is a tab at the very front that must line up.

I used super 77 on my original ones and it works pretty good, somebody had used some other glue that had turned brown and ruined them so I got some used ones off ebay that were perfect.

However these are actually very cheap new, each side is only $45 new and the HPS cover is like $15, very affordable to how big a change it can make. Mine were flapping in the breeze.

I paid $60 for my used ones and I was worried they would not clean up but they did.
