Beautiful 2005 Imola Red 330Ci ZHP for sale

Hello all,

I've enjoyed my coupe for a year now and it's time for me to move on. I had a 335 coupe that BMW bought back due to the fuel pump problem, and bought this car with the refund check. I have dared to say that this older E46 model is a more well rounded and perhaps better car in many ways. The suspension is more relaxed yet it's up to any backtoads task. The engine has less power but it's more linear and predictable. The stereo may lack the high end but it makes up for it in realism and texture. I love this car. But I think I'm going to love my e92 M3 too. Since I don't really have a need for both, it's time for somebody else to take over this legacy E46.

First and foremost, it has brand new Michelin PS2 tires mounted and balanced. Of course, all maintenance has been given in a timely and well documented manner, and the car is still under CPO warranty until 100,000 miles. The miles are getting up there, it's currently at 88k, but is showing no signs of weakness or wear. It runs like the day I got it, the transmission shifts smoothly, there are no strange noises, it idles well... Can't ask for more from a car of this mileage really. I have not had a single problem with the car except for two small electronics issues that were covered under warranty, and I do not expect any problems. It will need a 100,000 mile service in 12k or so, but outside that it is ready to be driven.

The car is located in Southern California, and financed through BMWFS. I am in Malibu, and would happily show the car if anybody is interested locally. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions or suggestions.

$18,000

And now for the pictures!

Rude. My "asking price" is hardly absurd. Look for similarly equipped models/mileage online (including KBB) with CPO and you'll see that it is priced in line.

Mr Mamboomba, why do you always say that? The KBB on these cars are like 22K. Everyone says that the ZHPs cost too much, but the price is in the pudding. If he had navi, stick, and Ipod Aux, his price would be 20.5K, and rightfully so. Besides, look at the car, it's almost spotless (less the drives seat... and that's standard wear and tear).

People love ZHPs, as they are fun cars... but people also expect them to sell for 14k, because they aren't M3s, and that's not fair. MSRP on these were only 5k less than an M3 of the same year. Were they priced to high by BMW? Heck yeah, they were, but that's not our fault. This is the value of our cars. If this is too high, then people should look for regular 330s or 325s.

(and this isn't meant to chew your head off, so I do apologize if it sounds like it is. I have nothing but respect for someone's opinion. It's just the fact of these cars).
