Whoa, I didn't know that they've started using i5/i7's in MacBook Pro's now.

Perhaps you should stop responding. It's a no-win for you here. :dunno:

Hydrocarbon fuel cell? 600 degrees Celsius. Large Hadron Collider? -271 degrees. Microwave drill? 2,000. Your run of the mill Core i7 MacBook Pro can't compete with these extreme temperatures, but that doesn't mean it can't get pretty darn warm under pressure. PC Authority recently put the latest edition of Apple's sleek silver classic through a series of torture tests, and found that running Cinebench could cause the CPU temperature to climb over 100 degrees Celsius. The metal shell proved ineffective at dissipating the heat as well as the similarly equipped Fujitsu Lifebook SH760, which finished the same test at 81 degrees, and actually required PC Authority to run the MacBook Pro on its side (see pic above) to complete certain tests. The site thinks that Apple's cooling solution may be inadequate for a Core i7, but these results could be a fluke -- in our experience with the machine, we actually noticed an improvement over the egg-cooking solutions of yesteryear.

Bonsai trees can run pretty expensive..at least $40? My dad use to grow/sell these as a hobby. All you gotta do is give it sunlight and water like a regular plant and it'll be fine. Trimming it can get tricky if you want a certain shape. You can also tame the branch shapes by wrapping it in wires.

picked up a pair of Maui Jims Akoni. A buddy of mine works at sunglass hut and hooked me up. Retail was $259, got 30% so I only ended up paying $196 with tax.

so far, these are a huge step up from my Rayban gold polarized aviators. The lens on these are amazing.

I'm not a fan of gold frames, but I do love Maui Jim's for their awesome optics.

I picked it up for $35. It's not hard to care for. I water it a few times a day, give it a couple hours of sunlight and prune it every week or two. It's pretty relaxing heh. Almost like taking care of a pet...

Loving it so far

it seems like everyone I know that has an iPhone is getting sick of AT&T's bad coverage or the fact that it's missing basic features like a tactile keyboard. I've seen a bunch switch from the iPhone to the Droid.

I never had the iPhone on AT&T so i couldn't comment on the service but the lack of being able to replace the battery and lack of 3G on tmobile just wasn't cutting it anymore.
