Primary O.D. is 1.5" Collector O.D. is 2 1/4".

I think gains are magnified on the lower end because I still have a relatively small M50 Throttle body and and the stock OBD2cats and muffler to restrict it at the top.

Gains are also smaller than what you're used to seeing because I wasn't replacing the stock REALLY CRAPPY cat/manifold combo that the M54 comes with, but I was replacing a much mo' better OBD2 exhaust manifold.

I guess even going to the OBD2 exhaust would give a stock M54 better power?

i dont know if this has been covered or not, ive been searching around, but what is the torque specs of the bolts that go from the camshaft gears into the camshafts themselves, i ordered the turner tool (http://www.turnermotorsport.com/html..._ID=TMI9910454) but they dont give the specs, btw the schrick cams are a definate improvement over the zhp's

and incase some people are wondering the 248 zhp exhaust cam is different than the 248 schrick exhaust cam

No, in order to have an E46 M3 diff you'll also need m3 rear subframe and possibly lower arms.
