M3 Koni Yellow Rears on my 325Ci. OR other suggestions

I have a quick question about if this will work. So apparently everybody and their great great great great grandmas are buying koni yellows for their e46s this summer.

I'm assuming that M3 rear shocks will fit right into non M coupes, is this correct? If so what would be the difference between Koni Yellow rears for M3s and my 325Ci? Would they work out just ok?

I need rear shocks for my car ASAP, I don't want to wait for the Koni Yellows 3-4 weeks from ECS. What else would be a good alternative that I could hopefully get asap? I was looking at the adjustables so that I could tune them just right for my newly installed Racelands..... What other than Koni Yellows could be good for me? I've obviously got it sitting pretty darn low, so they've got to cope with that.
