Does "fear before the march of flames" still put out good stuff, or am I too old?

Well, they might be Metalcore and/or Screamo, there are so many genres, I'm lost most of the time.

But....I like Devil Wears Prada:

Gotta love their song titles:

"Sassafrass"
"I Hate Buffering"
"Assistant to the Regional Manager"
"Dez Moines" - 4:04
"Big Wiggly Style"
"Danger: Wildman"
"Ben Has a Kid"
"Wapakalypse"
"Gimme Half"
"Louder Than Thunder"
"Lord Xenu"

01. Goats On A Boat
02. Number Three, Never Forget
03. HTML Rulez D00d
04. Hey John, What's Your Name Again?
05. Don't Dink and Drance
06. You Can't Spell Crap Without "C"
07. This Song Is Called
08. Reptar, King of the Ozone
09. The Scorpion Deathlock
10. Nickels Is Money Too

Screaming at 2:47 is pretty intense

lol, that is awesome

I remember seeing PTW a LONG ass time ago when they played in a small club in CO (around 2002?). (before the release of "tear from teh red"

show was RIDICULOUS... this fake robot band played first, and everyone hated them, then some drunk *******s threw beer bottles and cracked a guy in teh skull who was sitting up close. guy made a big deal, and all the sxe kids stepped in.... almost turned into a huge brawl.

then later, the fake band threw firecrackers into the crowd (in a SMALL-ass venue) and it filled the place w/ smoke. everyone had to leave several people passed out from teh smoke

when everyone was outside, there was a lot of talk about jumping the band, but no one did anything, meh

PTW rocked the place though... GOOD SHOW

Wasn't Gwar was it? They toured with PTW and a bunch of hxc and metal bands on sounds of the underground tour 4 or 5 years ago. Yeah, let's get white trash metal like gwar and lamb of god together with the sxe kids who follow norma jean and ptw... There were fireworks thrown at that show, too.

nah this was some small local band... they were horrible.

although I also saw gwar once... it was hilarous... 100 days from graduation was a big deal at my college (military academy) and me and a couple classmates went to see gwar. (god forbid opened for em). we came back covered in fake blood/piss/****/etc. all the underclassmen were like "WTF?"

def one of the BEST shows I've ever seen. There were even enough hxc kids who showed up to form a dancefloor. AMAZING.

but yeah, that wasn't the show I was referring to... there was no way GWAR could have fit in that place, lol

Are you gonna argue that everyone in this thread that their genre definitions are way off and they don't deserve to be fans because they can't subgenre bands to teh 12th level?

again, please leave this thread
