Recommend new tires?

I just end up a call with the sales man, this is what they have for 16'' 205/55:

TOYO cf1
Bridgestone er300
Goodyear efficient grip

I want a good tires for wet and dry roads. Which one of these do you recommend?

Note: my place likes long rainy days during autumn season.

Thanks in advance

I always had Pirellis most of my life, but now I have Fuzion HRi Tires.
They're about $80-90 each in 17", but they are great and served me well.
I'm on my second set already, so I've spend quite some miles on them in snow, rain and dry weather.
They are great in rain, offer nice grip when dry ( I corner pretty hard and fast, I'm on Coilovers).
In Snow, they are so so.

....just as an alternative....and sorry I can't really say anything about the tires you listed.

continental ExtremeContact DWS

great in rain, good in snow, but I'd get a set of dedicated snow tires.
decent grip on dry, not the best in dry compared to full summer tires

The Continental DWS have been doing great for our customers who experience high amounts of rain. Tirerack.com has been selling these tires like hot cakes and they have been on back order a few times through out the past couple of weeks. They look to be in stock now if you are looking to grab a set.

I run Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 in the summer. The wet traction is simply amazing, easily channeling large amounts of water away from the tire. You can feel some tires float over or plow through puddles, but these tires dig into them. The sidewall is stiff too, providing great cornering and braking. Not to mention the treat style looks bretty badass. They are summer tires though, but you didn't specify what type you were looking for.

Edit: Didn't realize you had to pick between the 3 options. Go with the Contis.

What I ride on...

high performance all-season: Michelin Pilot Sport Plus A/S

These run great. Very grippy. Slight MPG penalty.

If you dont like the recs and want to decide between the three you list, go to tirerack.com and you can compare the tires.
