Questions on Refinishing Chrome-Plated BBS RG-R's

Came across a set of BBS RG-R's for $450. The only problem is one of the previous owners had them chrome plated. I'm not very familiar with refinishing wheels so I hope you guys can give me some input on whether it's worth it to buy them, get them professionally refinished, and sell them for a profit. I would keep them for my car but they're 5x122 .

The chrome plating is cracked all over and started to peel. All 4 are in decent condition with very little curb rash. The seller got them free with his S4 so he spray-painted them gunmetal as a quick fix. I looked on TireRack and the retail for each is $600+ so I'm thinking I could make out pretty well if I can get these back to original condition.

So how much am I looking at to have them sand-blasted, and put back to proper condition? And what could I expect to get for them, or is it even worth it?

Thanks, any help is appreciated

Also, anyone know any area in the Northeast that both removes chrome-plating and refinishes wheels? I can only seem to find places that do either or..
