Awesome custom work! Can't wait to see it at BimmerStock!

My only critique are the taillights. I would have tried to retro-fit the E46 touring lights on to the back.

It's just kind of a waste man. I need a car I can drive every day comfortably, that's one less ZHP made that I can't buy now lol. Instead of wasting a perfectly good ZHP, kill a 325 or 323.

I bought this car from copart, originally I was goin to put a rear clip on it from a front end wrecked model
My pop who started the shop,
when he came home from korea -and gettin out of the hosp.
came into the shop one day and said to me go check out the bed I had -that looks like it will fit on the bimmer fairly easy.
anyway it took about a month and a half and it is now our shop truck.
I think I spent about 8200 for the car from copart I might have another grand or so for paint and materials
so without my time I have under ten grand in it
to date its the best ten grand i spent!!!

I love some of you guys say "I would have done this or I would have done that or blah, blah, blah", the difference is the OP DID IT!, it's his car and his ideas. Most of the mouthers would be stressed out trying to install aftermarket taillights and have no clue what it takes to actually get some serious metal working tools in your lilly white hands and actually build something. freaking sissyboys make me wanna puke. Kudos to the OP!

hehe, I actually like it (minus the taillights).

Just one small detail, isn't it supposed to be "Die Strae"?

Great work. I'm very interested in how this transformation has affected the handling.

Bump for an answer. I'd love to hear how the handling is affected with the truck bed in back. You must have the best handling pickup truck on the planet.

I did'nt get to drive the car before it was totaled but I can say that now it drives awesome
