engine swap

Hi u guys... I need some advice. I am currently driving a 325ci, and i love the car, but now i am starting to realize how slow it is so i was looking to supercharge it, but it seems kind of pointless to supercharge a 2.5L. So last week one of my friends got a damaged 2004 330i zhp off the auction.. and it has rear end damage, and i have a good opportunity to get a 3.0L zhp motor.
So i gave it some thought and the swap should be pretty easy mechanical, but i am unsure about the electronics. Any issues/solutions that i might seal with??? Thanks in advance.

Yeah just search, been asked plenty of time, the swap is pretty plug and play, replace all engine components from the zhp, manifold, camshaft, injectors. Should be straight forward, that is my knowledge from searching, I am no mechanic

the mechanical is straight forward - you cannot easily swap the MS45.1 DME and harnesses to MS43

I would use your MS43 DME and harnesses - but have the DME programmed by ESS or other firm to run the 330 injectors, etc

General consensus for second hand SC's is between $300 and $700.
