Just looking at my Bently manual for suspension ride hight. numbers are inches from bottom edge of rim to bottom edge of wheel arch with 18" rims.
Sport Front: 23.71" M3 Front: 23.82" Sport Rear: 22.32" M3 Rear: 23.67" H&R Sport M3 springs change: M3 Front: -1.2" M3 Rear: -.5" M3 w/ H&R Net: Front: 22.62" Rear 23.17" So, difference between your stock sport ride hight and an M3 with H&R Sport Springs (your drop): Front: -1.09" Rear: +0.30" So, It may actually add .3" to your rear... But, this is all presuming that everthing about the car EXCEPT the spings is the same... which I dont know. The suspention itself could be much different. Hope this helps ![]() EDIT: I'd actually be interested in the outcome of this considering I have a friend with a set of stock M3 springs that he has just laying around.

Im saying it might
I just dont know how comparable the suspention setups are. You may want to consider having this tread moved to the suspension and braking forum

Why don't you just get the ones for your car? I'm assuming you found a "killer deal" on some for an M3? Spend the extra money and do it right.

Im kinda in the same boat as OP, and yes... "Free" for a set of barely ever used springs is a "killer deal"
