We all know that having a great physique is based more on what you eat than on how much you lift or what new pump-enhancing supplement you take. So, with that in mind, let's share the food we cook.
Of course I'll go first: egg whites, turkey bacon, and grits.

Filet mignon and sweet potato. The gf didn't want sweet potato so she had brown rice.

Great idea! I've stickied the thread too. For everybody that posts in this thread, edit your post to include your meals for that entire day so that we don't have a thread full of multiple posts for one day's worth of consumption. If you could do that in the future Dwass that would be great. This will help maintain a cleaner format.
So far today (..9/20/2010), I've eaten.... Breakfast:
Snack #1:
Snack #2:
Lunch:
Snack #3:
Dinner:
Before Bed:

Both are "before" shots. One is just of the seasoning, and the other with the marinade.

I do this all the time. My Williams Sonoma wireless thermometer died though, what temp and cooking time do you use?

I used a sesame seed marinade that I purchased at Food-4-Less, chopped onion, and pepper. I've tried nearly every marinade on the shelf, and have narrowed my preferences down to two different brands of marinade. Here is today's planned consumption (..not including dinner): ![]() I'm a little low on calories, but my dinner and pre-bedtime shake should get me where I need to be. I usually bake chicken at 350 degrees for about 65 minutes. If the pieces of chicken are extremely thick, I'll add an extra 10 minutes. I periodically check the tenderness of the chicken with a toothpick while it's baking just to ensure that I don't over-cook the chicken.
