generally, no. sometimes i'll grab a piece of fruit if i have it lying around. i know its bad but im just too lazy to grab some carbs. does it make a big difference?

Time to confess.
Daily diet for the last 3-4 weeks: 8am ON HydroWhey upon waking 8:30am: Cup o coffee 10am:Smoothie (1/2Bananas, pineapple, blueberry, acai juice, soymilk) ONfish oil / ON Optimen viatamin 11:30am: ON BCAAs 12:00pmCreatine 12:30pmPreworkout (was jack3d, now 1MR) 1pm: Hit the GYM 2:15pm: ON Hydro Whey (in car outside of gym) 2:45pm: 1/2 scoop of casein, BCAAs 3:30pm: Creatine 6pm: Chicken Breast in alum foil, w/ olive oil, pepper. Baby spinach with light sugarfree/lowfat balsamic dressing. ON Vitamin/Fishoil Handfull of almonds 9:45pm ZMA 10:30pm Casein Pretty happy with results thus far, def weightless (preworkout kills appetite) nice muscle tone building up. EDIT: add in 1 gallon of water/day

5am (Pre-Workout)

And speaking of PWO, does anyone use Accelerade or similar product? I got a huge bottle of it for Cycling and it really helps on longer rides (~3hrs)
I experimented with is as a PWO drink for weight-lifting a few months ago and felt it was really helpful with muscle recovery on back to back heavy days, however i noticed it seemed to make my stomach feel noticeably bigger. Not sure if it was temporary bloating from some of its ingridients, or just the sheer amount of Sugar it contains (I stopped using it right away) Last edited by Ghostie; 10-04-2010 at 01:52 PM. |
