WTB: M3 airbox part

Does anyone have the part of the airbox that connects the intake from the grill to the rest of the intake manifold? Here's a pic, then a closeup.

You can see that its warped...I inserted some rubber lining to stop some intake loss but that only held up for so long. Help!

Why not just get a K&N? I've been seeing them go for around $100-$150 for the M3's lately...

i actually prefer the OEM airbox. I have a Macht Schnell superstock intake waiting to be installed but it doesn't replace the part I listed above.
